1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FairShieldAC's anti-cheat services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. License Grant

FairShieldAC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our anti-cheat software for your FiveM server. This license is contingent upon your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use FairShieldAC only for legitimate server protection purposes
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Not share your license key with unauthorized parties
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide the best anti-cheat protection, FairShieldAC does not guarantee 100% detection of all cheating methods. We continuously update our systems to address new threats.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to FairShieldAC for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect our service and community.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • FairShieldAC and its owners, employees, and affiliates SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
  • This includes but is not limited to: loss of profits, data loss, service interruptions, server downtime, player disputes, ban errors, false positives, or any other damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 30 days
  • You use our service AT YOUR OWN RISK. The service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties of non-infringement or uninterrupted service
  • Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness
  • Any warranties regarding detection rates or anti-cheat effectiveness

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FairShieldAC and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any rights of third parties
  • Any disputes with other users or players on your server

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS:

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FairShieldAC shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

11. Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims against FairShieldAC only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding.

12. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use FairShieldAC. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 13 years old.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of FairShieldAC after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and License Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and FairShieldAC.
