License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this agreement, FairShieldAC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the FairShieldAC anti-cheat software on your FiveM server(s) as specified in your subscription plan.

2. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Share, sell, or distribute your license key
• Use the software on more servers than your license allows
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. License Activation

Each license key is tied to a specific server IP address. You can change your server IP through the web panel. Frequent IP changes may result in account review.

4. Subscription Terms

Your license is valid for the duration of your active subscription. Available plans:

• Monthly: Renews automatically every 30 days
• Lifetime: One-time payment, permanent access (subject to terms compliance)

5. Updates and Support

Your license includes:

• Automatic software updates
• Access to the web dashboard
• Discord community support
• Daily detection database updates

6. Ownership

FairShieldAC retains all rights, title, and interest in the software. This is a license agreement, not a sale. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the software code.

7. Data Collection

The software collects detection data, server information, and usage statistics to improve service quality. All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. License Termination

This license may be terminated:

• Automatically upon subscription expiration or cancellation
• By FairShieldAC for violation of terms
• By you at any time by discontinuing use

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the software and delete all copies.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

FairShieldAC explicitly disclaims all warranties including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, completeness, or reliability
• Warranties that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding detection rates or anti-cheat effectiveness
• Any warranties that false positives or false negatives will not occur

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE 100% DETECTION OF ALL CHEATING METHODS. Cheaters continuously develop new methods, and no anti-cheat system can provide absolute protection.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAIRSHIELDAC AND ITS OWNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Server downtime, crashes, or performance issues
• Player disputes, complaints, or chargebacks
• False positive bans or incorrect detections
• Undetected cheaters or exploits
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid in the past 30 days

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SOFTWARE IS TO STOP USING IT.

10a. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Anti-cheat software can never be 100% accurate
• False positives may occur and innocent players may be banned
• Cheaters may not always be detected
• The software may cause compatibility issues with other scripts
• Updates may introduce bugs or temporary service disruptions

BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THESE POSSIBILITIES.

11. Beta Version Notice

FairShieldAC is currently in beta. Features and performance may change. We appreciate your feedback and patience during development.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by applicable international laws. Disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement or appropriate legal channels.
