FairShieldAC operates a strict no refunds policy. All sales are final. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Digital Product Nature

FairShieldAC is a digital service product. Once access is granted and the license key is delivered, the product is considered used and cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Beta Version Disclaimer

FairShieldAC is currently in beta version. By purchasing, you understand that the service is under active development and may contain bugs or incomplete features. This does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Technical Support

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to providing technical support. If you experience issues with the service, please:

  • Join our Discord server
  • Open a support ticket
  • Our team will work with you to resolve technical issues

5. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

INITIATING A CHARGEBACK OR PAYMENT DISPUTE CONSTITUTES FRAUD AND BREACH OF CONTRACT.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Your license will be immediately terminated
  • You will be permanently banned from all FairShieldAC services
  • Your Discord account, IP address, and payment information will be blacklisted
  • All chargebacks will be aggressively contested with evidence
  • You may be held liable for chargeback fees and legal costs
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

YOU AGREE THAT BY PURCHASING, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH YOUR PAYMENT PROVIDER. Contact our support first if you have any issues.

7. Terms of Service Violations

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided for any unused time or services.
